    Outrageous behaviour - how is it legal and tolerated in the regulated market and public company?
    I voted against but it was only 25% of all NO votes??? ...
    - what a joke!... costing shareholders $1 543 196 and for what?

    ISSUE OF SHARES
    Alt Resources Ltd (ASX: ARS, Alt or ‘the Company’) is confirms that it has issued 30,558,333 ordinary shares
    in the Company as approved by Shareholders at the General Meeting held 31 July 2020.
    The Shares were issued to employees under the Employee Incentive Scheme; directors in accordance with
    the terms of their engagement; the CEO in accordance with his Executive Services Agreement and to
    consultants in consideration of services provided.
    Alt Resources advises that the issue of these shares was made without disclosure to the investor under
    Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.
    It confirms that, as at the day of this Notice:
    a. it has complied with:
    i. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and,
    ii. Section 674 of the Corporations Act; and
    b. there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of sections 708A(7)
    and 708A(8) of the Act.
    Appendix 3Ys follow with respect to the shares issued to directors.
    This announcement has been authorised and approved for lodgement on ASX by James Anderson,
    Chief Executive Officer."
