This AUD $400K (13.34 Mil share) investment by the new Company Director Mr Robert Knight is subject to a 12 month voluntary escrow, which is fine {for working capital l might add} and sincerely hope under his new stewardship better things will follow.

That said this announcement by the Corporate Malcolm McAully Executive Chair was another beat up in my view, Michael Cooper’s “valuable 5 year tenure” did have its challenges but we all know the share price has been smashed from $1.645 in October 2020 to a dismal/worthless .021c at todays close !! under his watch.

As an investor the SP is all that matters, everyone needs to eat, how our Company in this “healthy food producing State” failed has accountability all over it – It’s no wonder Michael resigned.

I guess lets give the new bloke a go and feel somewhat comforted that Mr Cooper remains a significant shareholder – for now ????
