"The shares which may be granted are remuneration to employees to recognise their contribution to the
Company. The Directors consider that the remuneration represented by these shares is a cost effective
and efficient incentive offered by the Company when compared with alternative forms of incentive such as
cash bonuses or increased remuneration."
