I am "a" Jcallaway, I presume there are others, one is a very well known Presbyterian Cleric in Manhattan.

Although I have continued to email, and use other digital channels, to send JT information, that I think would help the cause, I have not received any communication with the firm, since late 2018.

These alluded to announcements, were read by me yesterday, just like everyone else.

Neither myself, or any representative, or agent, is aware of any such arrangement, as described in the announcements, between myself and NET.

As to what I know, at this time, as I have been posting, in my real name, and in a first, one where I agree with one of the "Petey"(s), the company is in a markedly improved financial position, and I would add that a stated company goal, that of absorbing smaller share holders, into more aggregated professional pools, has likely been accomplished, although I am no Charter.

The Company wished to eliminate a type of investor, replacing these Investor with one that realizes the problematic nature of having a Broker, leaving his phone on live, rather than mute, during NET company Conference update call, while promising said retail client, that JD.Com was soon to begin marketing the product. That was a popper.

In my opinion, I am not a registered investment advisor, the folks now involved, as evidenced by the changes in ownership reported to the Exchange,would not go to the trouble and expense they have demonstrated in the last 12 weeks, to maneuver the company, into this position, without a plan, that very well could, potentially, raise the share price.
