Gee whizz, they don't mind throwing around royalties at the moment to make it through this BSP period...

They must feel using royalties as a sweetener on such paltry sums (inc the more recent royalty agreement with the other company) is going to be so insignificant that its better heading down this path to use as a bridge to a larger financing deal post receipt of BSP...

This is akin to getting a flick on the nuts as opposed to getting a full on hammer blow, but if it continues on and on and on, don't be fooled, overtime your nuts will still turn blue in the end...
