Yes, directors inaction somewhat disappointing - in mitigation, guess they already hold a decent interest and we all have our own risk tolerances.
If they had to borrow to convert, can understand why they might elect not to do so on a personal level (given this is an essentially speculative stock). Also would be hard to borrow against this stock per sec!
Market seemed to take it to heart in the short term, however.
