That DSO deal has been in the pipeline for a good 6 months. I am pretty sure the 6c agreed price was actually a discount when agreed upon and signed.
Not that I know what transpired in the interim or at the time. Thats my guess.
But if you are on $300k a year gross so that's s180k net. Could you afford to stump up $105k when it could be another 6-12 months or more to get your money back. I couldn't that's for sure.
I am not excusing it by any means. It is not a good look. But just trying to put myself in their shoes.
