From memory, the SP was trading around 3.6 cents.
The directors went out there to convince a potential investor to stump up $2M at 6 cents each, which was way above the trading share price.
Now, if they were so confident in their sales pitch about the company, why didn't they follow through with their own money?
Its a case of "do as I say" and not "do as I do".
I am sure right now, Yahua would be feeling pretty filthy.
