Suntrader dilution is not ideal but the consultants did take the shares as payment so just maybe it is not all doom and gloom.
They would be in a position to know what the company has and where it will go in the future.
The sooner a partner is found the better!!
Forrester seems to have a plan over the next two years so when a partner is found the sp should start a slow climb (a fast one would be nice!!)
