I'm all for the Employee share scheme. Just don't agree on the 10% discount. I read through Annexure D - Terms of the plan and this discount seems on terms of 'board... absolute discretion.' I just think it sends a bit of a mixed message.
Looking at it as a floor price is a positive though. Still would like to see the uptake on election percentages.
