Observation...

LWP now have no tailwinds to promote a capital raise IMO.

The market isn't likely to believe any proppant related spin.

And previous raises for acquisitions, or moves to diversify, have been disastrous.  

They might have to go off shore to find working capital. Basically the kiss of death.

And even this is a big IF.

Google 'LWP Technologies' and the first thing you see is the headline "Investors irate over LWP Technologies".

No one in their right minds, here or overseas, is likely to give this management more capital IMO.

Watch that $0.001 line disappear by early next year as the funds start to dry up.

Second observation... female Deliveroo drivers are becoming more attractive.
