Maybe, it would depend on who did what at what request...but it does open the door for Todd Corporation is they are on the ball and don't let TIO make another misstep with FMS shareholders.
Todays announcement looks like it is unfolding something like this "RK to IG - mate I need you take one for the team, how about it maaaaate?". IG to RK - mate you got me in here in the first place and now you are throwing me out? RK to IG - its just business mate, how about we give you those 10m performance shares fully paid as well as taking one for the team and if you accept the TIO offer that should cover your reparative surgery and you can keep the change. IG to RK - Awww ok, mate.
