I don't think IG is entitled to these shares.... The issue of the 'performance rights' to him was the subject of a vote at the 2014 AGM. The conditions attached to the rights were listed.
The conditions of vesting were either a final decision on a BFS, or a takeover (which mentioned the party getting 50% or more of the shares in FMS).
Unless a am stupid, a takeover has NOT occurred.
So on what basis have these shares been issued?? I reckon this issue of shares is invalid.
On what basis did the Board do this exit deal with IG?
