The reputation of Tony Sage is of dubious moral standing and as poor business operator who struck it lucky 12 years ago but done nothing since.
I am personally surprised that this bribery allegation is all they are going on. Giving away the cash reserves to his former masters during the London mining debacle was criminal and should have had him dumped from the board.
So get serious Carbondriver, don't gaslight people here. TS history and capabilities are material to any deals or stock discussion. Building a house with broken tools is going to end with you being homeless.
