Putting aside for a moment the above valid disapprovals and looking at this from another lens..
The majority of this issue seems to have gone to Kelvin and escrowed for 18m... When I review Kelvins' performance as Managing Director for Alltype I see that on initial Aquisition in 2020, Alltype contributed circa $16M in the 5 months to reporting end period. 1HFY24 it was $42 Million, and if as predicted by WSI, they achieve $100M revenue for FY24, this would require circa $60M revenue in 2HFY24 by Alltype.. During this period Kelvin has not been issued any shares/compensation, I think?
Now looking at this from the boards point of view, and for HC discussion purpose only.. How would people suggest they retain / motivate someone who, in isolation, has had very good performance?
