Let me guess, $1 million in bonuses for employees, for achieving nothing for shareholders, when the company has a MC of half of its cash reserves, management dont deserve any bonuses or incentives, they should be buying shares with their own money, this rubbish allowing the company to spend a million dollars without shareholder approval is rubbish. If they communicated even a little with SH maybe they deserved something, but the SP has gone from 22c down to 13c, they dont deserve anything based on performance they should get a pay cut.
