is there a problem with seeking legal advice? Is legal advice always bad is it?
AVZ is clearly not being informed of what's happening inside the government of DRC - Getting legal advice and preparing for conversation is a bad thing?
there is nothing conclusive in this announncement... It is worrying AVZ is not being informed and furthermore they didnt inform us, but we are where we are and when we look at the known vs unknown information, it is clear that AVZ is in a much strong position than the parties this license can be given to
1) AVZ - Done the work; got the funding; built the camps; refurbing the hydro plant ; lead sponsor for the DRC Battery summit
2) Zinjin - Retraced their claim, underpaid
3) Comminiere - Spent the money on Candy ; leadership in jail
4) MMCS - lost their ICC appeal
So what's happening - DRC pulls the plug and gives it to a new party?? Tells the world the guys who invested the money and did the work dont get a piece as it took their government 12 months to issue a license? DRC doesnt want to be part of a global agenda? THey want to give this to the chinese and snub US Allies?

so , so many contradictions in your posts, you are grasping at straws trying to stay positive as you have a vested intere$$$t in the outcome - You said there are no negatives so how is your statement above not a negative ?
