The fact that AVZ management is "seeking independent legal advice" and Nigel's claim that "Nothing will deter the Board and I from pursuing a just outcome for our shareholders" are unbelievable. To start with, how are you going to fund this???? Complete nonsense.
The number one priority for shareholder is to prevent risk and preserve capital, not seeking for JUST you idiot! Not to mention that AVZ has not done everything in an impectable manner that is 100% defendable, as pointed out by the IGF report.
At this point in time, unfortunately it looks like that AVZ being sold to someone else without too much value being further destroyed is the best outcome.
Sentiment being "Hold" is simply because it is already a shitshow.
