The big concern here is that AVZ had no idea. That is the biggest worry - they are not only not in sync, but now completely out of the loop with Government on what is happening.

Anyone who thinks decisions can't be made without AVZ at the stroke of a pen just got a wake up call. And NO, this is not to unite one agreement/tenement licensing agreement, it was to end the Dathcom/Fighting issue - as per the Statement from Government.

Certainly not a dead or doomsday scenario, but worrying..
