Ann: Issue of two new Ministerial Decrees, page-113

Reported news last week indicated Comminere had been reallocated their original 25%, from memory.

If true, this is related to today's Ann that the govt has restored the ownership situation to a default setting in order to allow Dathcom to start again.

In short, we either present a united partnership to move the project forward, or we lose it all...IMO.

Question being: how much more time is the govt allowing Dathcom to achieve this? Not very much, I suspect.
