partial renunciation of PR13359 by Dathcom, i.e. the excluded northern
portion of PR13359 that was not covered by the Ministerial Decree to
convert the PR to a Permis d’Exploitation (PE or Mining Licence); and

PR13359 is now whole again woooo

2. Cancelling the Ministerial Decree which converted the southern portion of
licence 13359 from a PR or Exploration Licence to a PE or Mining Licence.
AVZ notes the that the abovementioned Ministerial Decree acknowledges the:

AVZ has now lost the ‘Ministerial Decree’ for PR13359 and now CAMI doesn’t even need to calculate the surface rights anymore which was the reason why we were suspended 9 MONTHS ago lol

Now AVZ needs to go through the WHOLE application process again for the Mining Licence.
