The fights on the remaining ownership are irrelevant to mining license unless the DRC is trying to use that to issue to a new partner.. That would only set Felix back a few years and he has an election this year. Furthermore the people of Manono are very pro AVZ so it would be a big loss to his election campaign

Whats happening right now is the DRC is uncovering why the split, who sold Cominiere assets for cheap etc etc. That's why they are undoing all of this including what's lost here a twitter thread mentioning that Cominere have recovered all rights by presidential decree.. I expect this puts aVZ at 75% and cominiere at 25% but who knows whats happening in this mess (note: AVZ bought 15% from Dathomir, not Cominiere so the dispute from 60 to 75% is with simon cong and his mobsters)
