Maybe … but I don’t think it is Avz which makes that submission nor is it Avz which eventually could get the mining lease. It’s the company that holds the exploration permits and that’s the one the DRC has just said needs to have amicable relationships restored. I don’t think submitting gain before sorting out who owns what and who contributes what to development will have any positive outcome.
