    The Company is seeking independent legal advice regarding both MinisterialDecrees dated 28 January 2023, whilst expediting discussions to clarify theintentions of the competent DRC authorities

    Basically...no mining License and AVZ simply doesnt know what the DRC will do.
    Based on the above alone, it looks like a total disaster
