if this article is real, then we know why the Minister waived PR13359. if this is the case, then AVZ and Cominiere will never 'cooporate' and hence, this project will never go ahead as it currently stands IMO
end of the day it seems there are many issues between the shareholders of Dathcom which will takes years to resolve is Cominiere is threatening this....
