NF said at the Melbourne roadshow, AVZ legally bought 15% off Dathomir. The money is sitting in a trust account waiting on Zinjin to take it. Apparently they've changed their mind and now AVZ/Zinjin are in dispute. We all know this fact.

Now the DRC want progress! They want us to resolve this mess!

We own an undisputed 60%.

Comminere own 25% and apparently we have "first right of refusal" over 15%?

So, come on NF, swallow your pride, take back the money AVZ paid Dathomir and cancel the purchase, let them keep the 15% and they become a partner to AVZ in Dathcom. This will give AVZ some more cash to pay wages.

Then, we can all calm down, and build this bloody mine and everyone will get a significant reward, and especially the long suffering people in the DRC?
