The reasons the MoM gives for withdrawing the decree are just an excuse . There is corruption at play here by the Chinese and the DRC gov . Those at play sold out for peanuts when it was worth peanuts . Sellers remorse . Now they want it back . If the deposit didn't prove to be a monster along with the lithium price going through the roof they wouldn't be interested. The Chinese know no they wont win the ICC cases . IMO
