Distasteful as it may be to Nigel and the BOD if, the possible deal you have outlined with Dathomir and Comminière leaving AVZ initially with 51% along with the issue of the ML, comes to fruition this outcome would be reluctantly acceptable to most SHs as standing on the moral high ground is leading to SFA. Indeed the DRC has effectively told the parties to come to an agreement forthwith or face the consequences. SHs well understand that the company must stay in voluntary suspension until the ML is issued as to come off the suspension without the ML would decimate the SP so a solution is critical. I intend to urge the company to put aside differences and begin negotiations with Dathomir and Comminière to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome to this dilemma and encourage like minded SHs to do likewise.
