Dont know why you are making this a moral or ethical debate about AVZ or other companies.

I was posing a question about the 30days recommencing and instead of the MoM issuing the decree, the courts issue the decree based on the Mining Code. As such, it would be based on the fulfillment of the 4 required approvals, Ie, Financial, environmental etc, not the divided asset as per the Mom decree.

Just saying.
