So the question here is, does the 30 days start again from when the north and south tenements are joined to form the original 13359. AVZ have applied for the license under DRC law and have all the favorable opinions for the decree to be issued. The original decree was issued with error but has now been rectified. According to announcements AVZ have not been asked to resubmit anything. Food for thought.
