But one way to look at it is, DRC corrupts wont stand a chance if trial reaches ICC, that's why trying to pull other strings now.

But its time for management now to strike a deal that's in best interest of all shareholders involved else everything can go south.
Management has to show URGENCY in dealing with this situation now.

Also why management did not receive any paperwork regarding recent decrees as stated by Tom in AFR ?
