100% agree @Legman I read every announcement of every company I invest, or am looking to invest... rule no.1 in my book.
I am very comfortable with this options issued to KMP and staff / consultants. DEV to me is a company operating on a veritable shoe-string, AFAIK that is how TG operates... quite minimal salaries / overheads, instead using options / shares to incentivise and align key staff / KMP. If they hit the discovery we all get rich.
Plus, they are not giving the equity away with ridiculously low hurdles, seen that many times, companies that take the piss, enjoying the gravy train of free shares / options.
Brendan is not paid much, by industry standards, $220k pkg ain't a lifestyle coy gift. The other KMP's don't draw much either.
Plus DEV have some options coming up for expiry which IMO will be exercised and should top up the bank by another $1m+... see below... another 6.65m options.
IMO DEV will hit $0.505 by Xmas 2021... that's my prediction. Let's see if I'm right...
