They might need to do another check of the 3B and compare to the Prospectus... Unless the rights under the Prospectus has changed then the Class E & F are still wrong...
Per pg 83 it has 14.183m Class E & F performance shares not the 13.4 per the current 3B...
So I would double / triple check what goes on with this company.
