What I am trying to explain is when I invest I look at a company EV rather than market cap

as for Sherlock, the scoping study proved that it is a viable project, and that was based on nickel at $22k, now it is 50% higher.
With commodity price increases many mines considered not viable are now very viable, look at lithium prices for instance.

Not just prices but advances in mining operations etc.

Best to look at present and not a century ago.
