It does if the price you have to flog them off hasn't yet been determined and you may be left with them in an underwriting.
In the end do you want to have to lay off 300m shares at 15c or 9c. Somewhere in there the discount to NTA from the NPV gets a look in. It's going to insto's etc. then brokers clients at the margin. IMHO.
