Ok so you still haven't answered why the ASX has not give any hard evidence on what ISX has done wrong and why have they not lodged this with the courts. Imagine if ISX did not lodge what the courts asked for the same way that the ASX is. Your talking rubbish and I believe its gr8tobealive is right that you wrote the SOR and you have no evidence at all.
Until today, we as shareholders have been advised by ASX that the shares were suspended due to share price volatility, why has there been no updated anouncement? 11 months and not one bit of evidence that they can take to court, actually there is just a glowing endorsement by one of Australias most respected auditors that ISX were outstanding with their disclosures for the past 2 years, but you don't mention that anie do you. Make sure the ASX present that glowing auditors report in court, wow that miraculously backfired on them.
