This was all just a friendly chat on a golf course. You know just devils advocate stuff. But which ever way it went/plays out, i can't see a way that the ASX can claim it is not material when they don't know the outcome and stay within their own rules. Like I said, this is just crazy, the ASX can't just decide what is and isn't material for themselves. The best case for the ASX still highlights to everyone that they will need to be accountable to someone else, not themselves.
