It's weird I've been reading these threads (catching up) and it is quite funny and hard to believe that it's actually an adults forum.
Ok so lets get things straight, there are a few people on here saying ASX are great and what if ISX are wrong and the BOD are this and that and holders believe the BOD blah blah blah.....
Ok as adults we must go with what we do know.
ISX are suspended, ASX have not come straight out and said why, just that there are ongoing investigations.
ASX have asked questions and ISX have answered the questions
ASX ask more questions and ISX answer
ASX say they feel, question, hint that XYZ may be a problem
ASX spend 11 months investigating
ASX don't give any hard evidence as to a good reason to suspend except suspicion, but all we can go on is "its ASX gut feeling?"
But some here want us to believe that the company we invested in are corrupt, money laundering and thieves? because why?
We are all stupid and fighting a losing battle because why?
We should stop defending the company because why?
So far the team against have said that Maybe "XYZ" We are to give hope away because Maybe? We are to believe that we have lost all hope because after 11 months the ASX have come up with ZERO evidence of wrong doing, 11 months!
Some of you people really need to get a life. 11 months with nothing to show for it so far is an absolute joke. This is disgraceful. If they have a reason to suspend ISX then surely they shouldn't take 11 months or more to tie up the loose ends?
It doesn't matter which side of the fence you sit. The suspension of ISX was wrong. The ASX didn't have enough evidence to move, they went too early and have shown to be not capable or professional enough to get the job done.
What happens if they don't get enough evidence and they do have to give an apology or pay damages. This then has to go further, it will show that the ASX have been unable to do the job necessary and then what? Does their licence come under review? What if a hard nosed politician decides to not let this go after seeing the petition and receiving emails from disgruntled shareholders. What if the ASX has to have a RC into it's operations? Many here want to "What if" holders here about ISX. We are but 1 company, not a market operator. So really yeah what if the ASX finally can nail ISX down, maybe they delist and go elsewhere, maybe JK gets a fine. What if hey?
WHAT IF the ASX have to answer for this? WHAT IF? They have so much more to lose in this, but yet, none of this is material? Yeah right......
