You don't know who is viewing reading these posts and as example, you certainly do not want Kruger or Aston claiming that ASX's defence was available on HC ISX threads.
Don't forget in the first Fed Court hearing, ASX claimed that ISX shares were being traded yet in fact, only ONE deceased estate's shareholding had been transferred. One transfer.
As we all know - good reminder to some - any transfers of ISX shares during suspension may not be able to be concluded unless you have carefully and fully contracted the terms of the buy/sell concerns pre the return of ISX share trading. Other posters have mentioned the pitfalls. One example was - if the share does open higher than expected [$3-$6] ....and the person you have bought from is not a short seller.....take care that your trading contract will be upheld and not challenged.
