Another thought - Nasha - can you please re-post the IMF [International Monetary Fund] LINK re IMF's concerns re ASX.
Perhaps we should, as ISX shareholders, be alerting the IMF re the current state play https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20200821/pdf/44lrjj4jp6dj31.pdf
and one of the past events e.g An example of ASX's past actions to date against a potential competitor 2013 which is only one of many past examples to date. Others have also been tabled in a submission to the 2013 Senate Inquiry.

If we contact the IMF, we can ask/request that IMF consider applying to be a lawful, rightful and legitimate party who can gain virtual real-time ACCESS TO THE FEDERAL COURT HEARINGS in Australia via - ISX versus ASX - given the IMF's concerns re the ASX.
If we alert the IMF, they can apply and register here: https://www.comcourts.gov.au/file/FEDERAL/P/VID1315/2019/order_list
Just a thought. IMF does have concerns re the ASX.
