Well that's the thing, anyone is entitled to claim whatever they want regardless of their merits and this includes completely frivolous ones as well. ISX latest $200 million damage claim hasn't even been amended into the statement of claims. Considering that the ASX has already lodged its defence then it is very likely that the claim would never end up in the SOC at all. If that is the case then that is as frivolous of a claim as it could possible be.



That is if ISX wins, but what if the ASX wins? You need to think logically...
