someone was asking for a proper breakdown in losses - so I guess they crunched the figures properly to date.
If ASX lose this then I think ASX will have to front to court to contend with at least -
a class action (probably compensating on a few fronts) from holders of either/ or ASX and ISX, and defamation of the company, preventing a competitive environment, in happy to hear anything else.
this is very high stakes and it seems like ASX has to substantiate the reasons for suspension from 2 October 2019; so let's just say ASX found something and haven't released it as yet - they might not be able to use it.
I wonder how fast the ADI will get processed now haha.
Imagine if NSX had a proven and live settlements account running in Australia if this gets finalised in ISX's favour.
