IMO, I suggest you don't take too much notice of that Morningstar rating. It's quantitative only, probably algorithm generated. To get any real value from MS reports you need to be a subscriber and get the quantitative plus qualitative assessment from an actual analyst.
The "Undervalued" rating is accompanied by "Quantitative Uncertainty - Extreme". That says it all.
IMO, I suggest you don't take too much notice of that...
