Great news indeed and the VISA announcement should not be long in coming.
Lets keep our feet on the ground as earnings of this will not be seen for a while (early next year) - as I understand it the good thing is that they already agreed the scope of work which normally takes a while to prepare, this may bring earnings a bit forward.
As I said in my last post somebody is desperate to keep the price at 18 cents or thereabouts.
