yeh but AZS had a big tenement with many Spodumene bearing outcrops of rocks at surface, right on the door step of Karratha i think the local airport was 30km away, compare this with RR the distances involved on the highway just to get there from Alice springs, and outcrops not so accessible and could be mostly below surface requiring drilling $.

Many thought SQM got 20% of AZS for nought.

We are keeping rights on noble metals, plus 30%, ITM are winners with this deal, and TBH I hope SQM finds 100mt at 1.7% and we get a big fat success cheque and another $3m and a shit ton of AG, AU etc.
