    I'll be surprised if it isn't positive to be honest with you (I have been wrong before though), keep in mind we acquired Reynolds Range for less than 100k with a 1% royalty fee and managed to tie up SQM with the above deal terms as outlined in the notice. I would be very surprised if the market doesn't see this as a masterstroke by management. I do and I have a significant holding here. Cheers, CP.
