From these data it appears as if Bad and Doubtful debts are always about 1 billion.
Is this just the Bank's way of apologising for making Satanic profits?
They always do this.
The CEOs come out and say "times are tough, we're all tightening our belts" etc etc while they rake in several billion dollar profits.
They pretend to be having a hard time.
