I am with you on many of your points. Yes I did read the report, am fully aware TBF still hold. When I refereed to TBF exiting, that was in relation to their Sub holding cessation.

When a company issues guidance with 2 weeks to go in the FY, a substantial holder sells into the news, then they miss ebitda guidance by 4% does it not make you wonder? That was my comment.
