Very true. I like honest management, and they were upfront about the weaker second half. That honesty probably does give them benefit of the doubt that the other issues are one-off, and I also do appreciate that both were expensed rather than trying to sneak it through with some accounting creativity.
Fair point about the debt, but I think it is manageable for now.
