For those of you still hoping AGS was going to cancel the Rights issue, I guess there's little chance of that happening now. Participate or be diluted.
AGS now going down the riskier path, but potentially much more rewarding.
If it is found AGS lawfully terminated its sales & marketing agency relationship with Quasar Resources, then it is hard to see how AGS is not entitled to put back to the position it would have been in if Quasar had handed over AGS's share of production as directed. I.e surely, AGS is entitled to regain the 25% if they win the case.

It sure is. What does it mean? What are they trying to tell us? I'm reminded of the claim made at the AGM that IG has a strong relationship into ITOCHU. Then again, maybe it's just cover for the $100,000 fee.
